Brymore House was established in 1990 and provides accommodation for 38 dependent residents.
Care is provided for older people on a long and short term basis, including respite and convalescence.
A number of residents living at the centre have a diagnosis of a cognitive impairment or dementia.
The centre is divided over three floors with a passenger lift and staircase connecting the three floors.
The bottom floor contains the kitchen, dining area, laundry, seven single and one twin bedroom, and two shower rooms, person in charge’s office, storage and hairdressing area.
Car parking is provided. Gardens are well maintained and accessible from the dining room, a key pad entry and exit system is in place from the car park to the garden to the rear of the centre.
The centre is located on Thormanby Road, close to Howth village, on the approach to Howth Hill, in County Dublin.
Shops, churches, restaurants and transport links including the DART and bus services serving the Howth area, are located nearby.
