Greystones Nursing Home first opened its doors as a home for the frail older person as far back as 1962 and in November 2001 it was acquired by Arbour Care Group.

Over the years it has been extended and developed considerably and today provides modern residential care while still retaining much of the buildings grandeur.

Under the guidance of Nurse Manager, Zephra Johnson, Greystones Nursing Home provides the very best of full nursing care in a friendly and homely environment, whilst at all times ensuring that the dignity, respect and independence of our residents is maintained. Zephra has over 30 years experience and is supported by a team of highly experienced Nurses and Carers.

The home is registered for 64 beds in a variety of room styles and sizes providing predominately single and two bedded rooms with most being ensuite.

Irish Nursing Homes in Ireland and Our Irish Health System

Leadership comes in many guises. True leadership must have at its core an integrity and a heart.
We expect our Irish Health System, acting as a leader, guide and mentor,
to look to it's people with an outstretched hand.

It should assist and support in every way possible and together we will achieve those very high goals we all deserve

We must always strive for a better health and overall care for everyone.
We must continually challenge our standards of safety and the quality of our health services
